Aircel — Problem in making,receiving calls and sending Sms

Hi,

From friday 15th april,2011 (afternoon) i am unable to make any calls and receive calls. My number is [protected]. I made several complains over phone to the customer care and personally visited the Aircel Outlet in City Centre 1 (Kolkata). But they are not paying any heed to my complain.
Moreover from 17th April,2011 (night) whenever i am sending any sms to other number inspite of having sms balance of Rs.3500 it got deducted from my main balance (around Rs.10)and strangely when i called on 18th april relating to previous two issues the Customer Care executive assured me to solve these problems within few moments and after sometime they instantly deducted my whole sms balance.
Please do the needfull as soon as possible as i am unable to make and receive important official calls and personal calls and sms.
