Aircel Limited — Unfair balance deductions | |||
Hello Sir/Ma'am, I am Ankit Gupta and I have been using Aircel Mobile services for the last 3 years.During the last couple of months the company has been deducting my account balance.I had lodged several complaints with the concerned customer care but the all the executives over there are continuously trying to manipulate the situation despite of proving a reasonable solution. AIRCEL LIMITED — Deduction of Balance
I have a prepaid aircel connection no. [protected], topped up by Rs 125 Transaction No. DLR[protected], on 27th May 2011 at 8:00:41pm, same time got Rs 125 value talktime.On Sunday 29th May,2011 at 9:25:27am , I received a Message from your Company side regarding renewal of Music Connect service, which i never activated or requested.
But the same time i returned a message to respond your message to unsubscribe the same service.
I spoke to your customer service executive regarding the irrelevant deduction of Rs 30 on account of aforesaid service.
I am not getting any help from the helpline, kindly look into the matter and help me out.
