Payment was collected by Aircel representative from billing address on 18/02/13 and my Bankers debited
my account on 22/02/13. On 04/03/12 myself contact customer care and their reply was payment received on
18/02/13 & line disconnected on 28/02/13, reason not known to CC representative. Again today I contact
CC representative Mr.Yasin Sayed and reply was your line was disconnected on 27/02/13 but reason not known to him.Till 07/03/13 so many people informed me that your line is temporarily out of order that is the
reply from your Mob No. [protected].Reason of delay of payment due to AIRCEL stores was closed on 09/02/13 at sector -18, Noida. The same was complaint to Aircel CC Representative and they collect the
payment on 18/02/12 from my billing address. I ask to AIRCEL customer care what is the reason of disconnection of my Mob.No.:[protected] ? They are not in a position to reply of my enquiry.
Please look into the matter and resolved the matter.
