[Resolved] Aircel Ltd. — Recharge | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I had visited to Aircel office located in C.P. in front of PVR Plaza to recharge my Aircel mobile. I told my number to the executive (Mr.Kashif) to recharge the amount of Rs.200/- but by mistake he has recharge the amount to sum another number that is [protected]. He informed me the amount has gone to this number and it is in working condition and the amount could not refund now. I tried this number many times but it is not responding and according to me it is not in working condition. If this number does not exist than how can amount go to that number. I speak with the executive and he denied to refund the amount to me. I request you to please look into the matter and take the necessary action against the Company/Executive so that customers like me do not face these type of problems in future any not make fool by them. Have you tried reaching the store again for a redressal???? I am sure if you go and meet the customer care personnel at the store again and speak to them about the whole issue they would give you a quick solution to the problem.
