Dear Sir,
Am owning [protected] for the past four years. I requested to change my postpaid service to prepaid, but no proper reply from aircel mainly from the dealer side(Mercury Networks). N number of problem faced regarding the GPRS & CUG plans.For the past three months am asking the dealer side to change my number for prepaid but no response. Dealer side response is too worst. In October 2010 have asked to deactivate my GPRS plan but 6 months they haven't took any steps to deactivate, after 6 months follow up at last they deactivated it. In CUG charged unwanted for four months.Kindly do the needful to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid.
