Aircel — Message Send/Deliver | |||
I am using Aircel mobile service operator's SIM card. I am unable to deliver messages on[protected]. I did complain to customer care & they told me that there is government guidelines & you can't send/receive messages. But they refuse to tell more details about it while the other operator has no such restriction. I want to know the proper reason. What should I do? Was this information helpful? | |||

Actually laon 17.03.09 tuesday I have used National SMS pack 34/-. Till 20.03.09 I have send 40 messages.For my 41st STD masg I have charged Rs.2/-.I called Customer care 6 times.Every one is telling to wait one hour if i called after 1 hour also my problem dint solved.On 21.03.09 i send another STD message to No:[protected] again Rs.2/- is charged.So please solve this problem and tell me can i send messages for free are not. My mobile number is No:[protected]

IN MONTH OF APRIL'2009I HAVE SUBMITTED FORM FOR SIM CARD. TODAY 12/06/2009, 11:57 AM, I HAVE NOT GET MY SIM CARD.FORM NO. IS (Nepp440332)
I hope your query has been looked into, because something very similar happened to me and the explanation I got was that they need to be extra careful in our area with the verification process since it’s a controlled state, but my complaint was looked into soon afterwards. :)
