[Resolved] Aircel Mobile — AIRCEL- UNWANTED DEDUCTION WITHOUT ANY REASON | |||
I am using Aircell Prepaid connection and Mobile No.: [protected], Today i.e. on 7th March, 2011, at 0532 Hours I have received a SMS “Dear Subscriber, Melody Time Pack has been successfully renewed. You will be charged Rs. 15/- month as rental”. Though I have neither made any phone request nor any SMS request to AIRCEL. But last 4 months they have deducted Rs. 15.00 to Rs. 30 on every month. Every month I have complaint to Aircel Customer Care, but the problem is still going on. When I have not made any request to the service provide to any additional service, what is the logic behind to send the such SMS to the customer. I never experienced such a stupidity with Aircel. i am constantly following Aircel customer care from 3 months ago but there is no response from their end. They always use to says that wait i'll give our higher officer but still i didn't receive any solution. I bored of writing about issues. So am stopping with this. I have escalated it to some other officers. I hope there will be atleast one person who will help me turning into a satisfied customer and make my spent time valid!
