[Resolved] Aircel Mobile Connection — without customers permission voice chat activated and balance also cut customer's account | |||
Hello Sir, This is jayant singh from laksar, Haridwar my mobile no. is [protected], sir i bag to say that your aircel costomer care serivice is not working good bcoz when i call in customer complaint care 198 so they are not giving the good satisfication and cut the call after say avery body sir this not my problum this is network problum. and sir last ninght your 30 rupees cut from my account when i called on 198 so they was saying that sir voice chat service is available on your network, after that i asked to that person sir why you did not any call and any sms for this service, so he has cut that call. sir, pleese credit my 30 rupees in account [protected] and stop this unknown service as activeted without my permission. Hi, Am using aircel prepaid & my mobile # is [protected].
For the past 3 months we are irritating with the debit of Rs.30/40 without our concern/request.
We called the Aircel CC team but no proper response as they are very eager to close their call positively
Also they are not aware about the service properly.
Even last month they confirmed that the service got deactivated based on my request but how it got renewed this month.(the service not deactivated for me last month)..
Since we are believing but the things are not moving with their team.
We noticed that the vendors are charging the numbers recharged today on the next day, we are fcaing this same trend for past 3/4 months
Am not sure with their wordings(as discussed today with CC team) whether they deactivated my number not, how can we believe????
