[Resolved]  Aircel Mobile Network — friends zone service always activated without permission.

Respected sir/madam
I want to complain against aircel for their cheating service. I always get a sms whenever I have balance that my friends zone service is activated and my balance is deducted. I always unsubscribe the service and get a confirmation message that service is deactivated. I had also subscribed to DND SERVICE.

These automated service cannot be activated without authorization, there must be some initiation for the customer. As such ask the Customer care to deactivate the same and you can get the DND service activated, which will stop all unwanted messages and calls to your number.

Aircel — service activation without authorization

Dear Sir/Madam,

My mobile number is[protected]. First of all a service "Friends zone has been activated on my mobile. When i call customer care i get to know that it can be de-activated only if i call on 570001. But no response comes when i dial the number. So i m stuck. This amounts to cheating. There should be an alternate way if the number is not working .

Hello

Recently i've called to Aircel customer service centre and made a complaint that comedy subscription was renewed. I have not activated any comedy subscription and asked them to provide the details when it has got activated and how it has got activated and how many times it has got renewed. I've got a message with a complaint number 1-[protected] informing that my problem will be resolved by April 13th 2011. Again, I made a call to your customer service centre and got another complaint number (I've not made a note of it). As of today, dated April 18, 2011 the service has not got de-activated and I made a call to your customer service and the executive who spoke to me was harsh and informed that i've activated the service via WAP and the call got disconnected intentionally and I got a message with complaint number 1-[protected].

Is this so called service called Aircel Customer Service, making a customer to call back again and again without providing a response for the complaint nor an excuse for the failed call back, as per the commitment the executive made that the issue will be resolved within the stipulated time.

Everytime, I speak to the call centre, they are giving lame excuse that the network is down so they were not able to rectify and asking 24, 24 n 24 hours time and the thing is the problem didn get resolved even after 4, 5 days.
friend zone is activated in my no without any request sent by my no.my no is [protected].and reduces balance 30.please deactivate it.
