Aircel Mumbai — regarding the excess bill due to wrong communication

am vivek sharma and i am using postpaid connection of aircel last one years.my mobile no. is [protected]
In last month(Aug 10) bill is more then my limits.I am checking my balance on daily basis . I found my bill Rs -1200/ limits till on 1st Oct 10.
on the 5th Oct 10 i got massage from customer care that the the generated bill amount for Oct month is 2390 . It is huge amount of my bill. when i call CC my call is attending by Swarswati.
he explain my bill .he told me that there is GPRS Roaming charge is more then near about Rs : 1200/ for three days.i told them that i am using GPRS on manual selection of Aircel N/W .they told me there is charge 10p/kb for using GPRS in Roaming .but t told them i did not get any confirmation MSG.regarding GPRS charge in roaming.i got only call rate charge MSG on manual selection of Aircel N/w .in that MSG there is only expiation of incoming and outgoing call & outgoing SMS charge are given. when i activate my GPRS in my handset.Customer care Executive told me there is fix charge of GPRS on monthly basis which is 98/M.it is free in all area.but in roaming it is free only manual selection of aircel N/w otherwise on other N/w it is chargeable.when i told CC lady to transfer call to yours Senior.On wait of 35 min some senior person(Rishikant) attending my call but he is unable to give satisfactory answer.i told then to note down my complain .He told me we cannot take complain because of system is under up gradation.I am really upset what kind of service you are offering .at time of activation gprs CC executive told me wrong information about GPRS charge.
this connection on account of METRO WIRELESS ENGINEERING .We are using 150 Aircel postpaid connection.kindly correct the Aug month bill or Wave off the Gprs Roaming charge otherwise we have look another service provider
Kindly look into this matter deeply and reply ASAP.
