Aircel — My balance became zero without any cause

i had activated my pocket internet pack in my aircel mobile with RS14/- yesterday thats became deactivate today,which is a unlimited pack for 3 days,and i recharged RS30/- today and thats became zero without any activation and call ,i want satisfactory answer soon.
