[Resolved]  Aircel — Network

My numbers were disconnected in Jan 2012 after my interaction with the Area Sales Manager they were reactivated and again they were disconnected in the month of Feb 2012 without any intimation, I filed a complaint with customer care and nodal officer, they were reactivated in about 4 days time. Once again today at around 7pm they are deactivated. Why is Aircel playing these games ??? Is it because I pointed out the deficiency in the sales team taking documents and not submitting it at the concerned office ???? Is it because I wanted them to account for my submitted documents which can be misused to take another number???? How can a service provider activate the numbers without submission of documents??? So is it logical that a few days after activation you ask me for a new set of documents ???? I really feel that someone at Aircel is playing games with the customer which needs to be probed.

Hello, I am customer from Khanapur Taluka.Dist: Belgaum.
I have purchased Aircell simcard from belgaum and i stay in khanapur. The problem is that their is no Aircell network in Khanapur. Its last 1 month i have got sim card, but its not in use.

So plz i want to know when your aircel network will be available in khanapur area. Plz reply... . ..
I think you should visit the nearest Aircel store in your area and put forward this question, its strange that there is no network for a month in an entire area.. visit an Aircel store and get a network check done for your area, or get your sim card checked once..
I have bought new aircel preapaid sim.and I use it but when I enter my house there is no network.so I cant use internet when I am at home.
Did you check with other connections or if they also behave in the same way at your house or it is only with Aircel.

AirCell — NETWORK PROBLEM

I am the resident of Rajahmundry , recently I Portable my number through Number Portability shheme from Idea to Aircell since 2 months I giving complaints to Aircell authorities but not take any care. There is a voice break and call droping. Hence I tell the Rajahmundry People not face the same problem what I am facing.
Dealer : Barani cellcom(Aircel Dealer)
Place : Madurai,Annanagar

The network complaint for the mobile no [protected] was informed to the above said dealer for the past 60 days,but there is no response taken by them,and reacting lethargically.

Kindly do the needful.

aircel as giving poor network am complaint not use full
aircel was providing poor network am complaint against . but not respond [protected]
am used tatadocomo. he worst of worst . maine internet recharge kiya and use kiya and he diducted my balance daily 1 rupees. I am called customer care he told daily rental for internet using. am screeming on tatadocomo [protected]

I Dr. P. Venkata Chalapathi, residing in the premises of S.V. Vedapatasala, Dharmagiri, Tirumala. I am using Aircel connection from 2 years with good signal, even some times network problem arises it was rectified by them. Recently form 15 days, I am not getting signal of Aircel in my residing place. As usual when I contact to Customer Care they are not responding properly besides saying the process of portability. As a citizen, every person has right to choose the Mobile operator who provides good signal with suitable talking tariff etc. As such, I decide to use Aircel only and I am not interested in portability. Even after talking to Appellate Authority, he is also suggesting me for portability.

In this connection, I am submitting why Aircel is playing with their customers. When I called to Appellate Authority, he is saying that due to some business and technical problem we are unable to provide the signals. In Andhra Pradesh, Aircel withdraws its signal in many districts without notice causes many people suffering with loss of signal and their balance amount also. There is no proper answer from customer care. No directions/instructions were given from their authorities to customer care people. Hence, they are telling the process of Portability to all the Aircel customers.

In my case, full signal is available at Tirumala. Dharmagiri is a place of about 3kms from Tirumala is not getting signal. When I asked the same the Aircel is not giving proper answer. I am asking the Aircel authorities is this the distance of 3kms required new tower or the Aircel is not interested to provide signal here. Today because of the high cost of living, every person chooses the less talking tariff mobile operator. Is it the mistake of me to choose the Aircel as my mobile operator?

Please find the solution in favour to avail the Aircel Signal in Dharmagiri.
