[Resolved] Aircel — Not getting proper support / service | |||
I ported my BSNL connection to Aircel 2 months ago. From the last three weeks onward i am not getting any recharge coupons from the stores present in Angamay, Aluva, and Kochi, So i contacted customer care through / phone and facebook. They replay me that they are shifting their operation to online mode and will fix the issues within one week. I also asked the rumour about stopping there service in kerala, but they respond that it was a wrong news. But today i again called customer care and they confirmed that they are going to stop there service in kerala. But the representative told that he don't have more idea about how they are going to treat the existing customer. My issue is that i only ported my connection form BSNL to Aircel two months ago and according to TRAI in order to port my number to some other service i need to wait for 3 months. So the response from customer care is that they will stop service by the end of this month, but i need to wait up to jan 2nd for making the porting request. In my bank account, university, and all my documents this number is given and i need to retain this number at any cost. So please any one suggest me a solution to jump out from this difficult situation. Was this information helpful? | |||

My experience with Aircel has been great so far have been using it for the past 3 years. Since they are a growing company it does happen that the network is weak sometimes in some areas otherwise their services and value additions are great value for money and offer me great flexibility. Have you tried visiting an Aircel store to report your problems???

Aircel — proper service
Dear sir/madamTHIS IS VERY UNFORTUNATE that having a prepaid line I powered RS 125(which will be activated as a2a1paise/3scnds& others 1paise/2scnds) on dtd 03 03 2011 but it is stil not activated.For this I complained severel times onto the customer care, but all my appeal r in vain .they allways try to made me understand that there is a mistake. However I topped up Rs 50 transaction numberKOR[protected]DTD18/03/2011.
IN this view of the above i[censored] don"t take any immedite acvtion I've to take a rustike deciesion.

Aircel — NO proper service
the truth-1) call not initiating when calling to other networks...
2)it is very difficult to get refund of deposit
3)one should avoid Postpaid
added cheating done by this stone age service providers-
4)no proper gprs connectivity
5)no proper response from customer service
-either the call gets disconnected
-or often i get the voice ’’all lines in this route are busy,Pls try after sometime’’ WHAT A CRAP ?????!!!?!
6)WORST network service!! atleast i have to dial a number 3-4 times to get connected.
7)no proper dialer tunes service.They will send u a msg to call to 53000to get activeted dialer tunes at Rs6/- per min.But when trying to activate the call gets disconnected.
whensearching their site for the song or movie the name of the movie what they have sent u through msg will not be displayed!!!!!!
R THEY HAVING DIALER TUNES SERVICE ONLY TO SEND MSG AND GET MONEY BY MAKING THEIR CUSTOMERS TO CALL ’’53000’’????
PPL/.. PLS DONT GO FOR AIRCEL... I[censored] IN STILL USING THIS SERVICE,PLS CHANGE BEFORE GETTING CHEATED.
what will u do with low tariff without being able to make calls ????
