[Resolved] Aircel — Not Providing Benefits But Recharges Successful | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, Kindly read carefully, I am a regular user of 3g Aircel.About 15 days before I recharged with 198 and get 1gb 3g data.I used it in 2 days and again recharged with 198 and again get 1 gb data more. But this time i recharged with 198 three times but i get only one time 1 gb data. I went to all the dealers .they showed me the messages of Successful recharge.But Today I talked to the Customer Care and they say that ""Your all recharges on 24,25,27-01-13 are successful but you will get benefit of Only One rechagre"" When I asked that then why i get data on recharging again and agian in same plan with 198 before 15 days but not now.. They say""Company se kch galti ho gyi hogi phle"" Recharges are successful from dealers and from company too...But the company is not giving me my money back nor my benefits please help... Plz help I an sending the messages of successful recharges of two recharges On 25,27-01-13 Karsimran Singh Khanna(Punjab) Mob.
