Dear sir, Dear sir, I did recharge my mobile thro the online account twice on 09/11/2012 Rs 258, first attempt was successful in computer message but a message came to my mobile is recharge failed and second attempt is successful but the amount in my account debited twice and that failed to recharge amount is not credited till to my account. pls clarify and credit my account as soon as possible. and It was informed to my Bank also.
