[Resolved] Aircel / Pocket Internet — Poor customer care service | |||
I had sent an SMS `P98' to 57788 for availing pocket internet facility on 12.08.11. Immediately Rs. 98 was deducted from the balance of my mobile No. [protected]. Again I sent another SMS `PI' to 57788 to activate the internet. But the messge received is `your mobile handset does not support this facility". After that I spoke to at least 10 customer care executives of Aircel. Nobody responded properly and took pain to send the settings required for activating the internet. Lastly when I spoke to Mr. Selvendran, one of the customer executives, told that the settings cannot be sent and money deducted will not be refunded. An email was also sent to aircel customer care for which no reply received yet. Either the settings be sent and activate the internet or the money deducted be refunded immediately.
