Aircel Postpaid Connection — Postpaid connection with bill generation data | |||
Yesterday i been to aircel store with Unique port number (MNP) and I asked for portability option for postpaid connection, I had actually requested store manager and cust care person to generate bill any other date apart from 9th of every month. For my request the concerned person over their have blindly refused and said they cant able to do that. Though i had told them that for reimbursement purpose i need to submit my bill on 3rd of every month. It seems Aircel guys dont care of their customers. They in fact told me that its "not possible" as per the customer wish, It seems in this competitive market specially in telecom sector i dont think this will be accepted by the users of network operators. lost one customer!!!!!
