Aircel Postpaid Service — not responding to the customer complaint | |||
Dear sir, Iam an aircel postpaid customer [protected]. From 21st July to 29 July 2012 my outgoing calls are activated only after making a call to customer . Due to it, i lost my conference meeting calls worth of 5,00000. i made call to customer care no of times but no respond regarding my complaint. i need to talk with the high authority officer of aircel to take a proper steps.
