[Resolved] Aircel Prepaid — UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION IN THE FORM OF CALLER TUNE | |||
I am the holder of SIM NO: [protected], I have been usind this sim for quite a long time. I was very proud of AIRCEL for its service.But now that they are proving it to be wrong, I came to the conclusion that all mobile service providers are cheaters. They are eating the money of prepaid customers in the form of activating VAS like Dialer Tone. On 18-10-11, I received an SMS stating that a dialer tone has been activated to my SIM, whereas I have not activated anything. Whenever calls like that come I used to disconnect.I immediately called to the customer care and informed that I have not activated any service.The concerned staff apologised for the inconvenience and said my balance of Rs.15/ will be refunded after SMS confirmation, So I received SMS confirmation that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Even after 24 hours my balance has not been refunded and today[protected] I called the customer care again, where they refused to refund the balance and stuck to the point that I have activated this service myself. This is purely unfair from AIRCEL end that they are cheating the prepaid customers this way. So my advice to the AIRCEL is that if you want to expand your network please don't cheat the poor customers and suck their blood, like that of you have done to me Was this information helpful? | |||
