[Resolved]  Aircel Prepaid — Unnecessary deduction

Hello,

As several time I have complained for unnecessary deduction of aircel service.
I would like to elaborate this problem because this not the first time I am facing ... It happened on 1st mar 2012, Rs. 17/- was deducted from my account when I checked in the morning (2nd Mar). I have raised it to CC (customer care) with complaint no. SR[protected] (Tanushree Nayak) and she told me that it will be resolved within 48 hrs. Next day I received SMS that the complant has been resolved and then I asked it to CC regarding this but I got unsatisfactory answer and I did not get back the amount (Rs. 17/-) which had deducted from my account.

Again on 9th Mar 2012 there was deduction of Rs. 30/- happened for "Friends Zone" service which I have never subscribed and it happened at 5:22 PM, Friday. and before that I have not received any call/SMS regarding this service then how can the service has been automatically activated on my number that I am SURPRISED !! and quickly I have complained for this and CC said that the amount will be refunded to you and it happens sometime like this. sunday I received a SMS that the complant has been resolved and then again I asked it to CC regarding this and CC said that It will not refund to you.
I also contacted to head office, BBSR and the person who has taken my call. he assured me that I will get back the amount which has deducted unnecessaril. Next day I got a call from CC regarding the complaint that " Mam, I just want to know what happened... and I was let him know everythng in details and after that he told me that you will get back your amount to your account within 48 hrs.
But it gone above 1 week and response from any of the ... and even I didn't get back the amount as of now.

And specially whenever I recharged above Rs. 100/- it happens surely .. WHY ??

Aircel prepaid account — unnecessary deduction of balance

Sir,
I am a prepaid account holder of Aircell with number [protected]. an amount of Rs.60 was unnecessarily deducted from my prepaid account. I have opted service of song for a ring tone when i saw the message free of cost. But Rs.60 was deducted unnecesarily. please credit the same.
