This is to inform you that i have lost Rs.52.00 against unwanted subscription of HINDI TV PACK. And this pack was auto renewed, whenever i dial *122*8# as i wanted to activate only 3G pack for 1 day HINDI TV PACK was activated by them unwillingly.I called so many times on 198 complaint helpline number , but always one response i gotten that all executive members are busy. Same i tried on 121 customer care helpline, but never can talk to any member because all were busy Kindly do some action ,soo that i get my money back . Yesterday by chance they pick my call on their complaint number 198, but they are telling that i would have register the complaint to them within 48 hours.I told that every time i did call but they did not pick because they were busy.
