My name is Br. Vairagyachaitanya. For the last 1 year I am using Aircel connection. In this one year several times I lossed my balance money. Yesterday again at 10 p.m. I received a message that I have subcribed to Friends Chat and Rs.15/- is reduced from my main balance. I complained Castomer care but they said that after 72 hour my complaint will be checked. And I know from my previous experience that they will not return my money. I want Right Judjement. This can happen when you respond to promo calls or messages that come from the company, in order to avoid this in future I would suggest you to get the DND service activated.
