[Resolved] Aircel — Theft of Balance.. | |||
I had a recharge of Rs98 on 27th May 2013. This is a internet Pack for one month with 1 GB 2G Data & 300 MB 3G Data. First thing, after recharge when I Checked my balance, there is no information about the 3G Data. After contacting the Customer Care of Aircel, They confirmed me that I have already accounted the 300 MB 3G data to my Internet account Balance. Then I started using the 3G Data by setting my device to "WCDMA Preffered", at that time I have almost Rs74 balance in my main account. But after few days, my main account balance goes to nil. But still now[protected] my internet 2G balance is above 900 MB. My all friends, using other mobile service provider like Airtel, Vodafone etc told me it's a simple meaning of theft. When there are already 2G Data balance remains, nobody deduct money from my main account balance. After finished the 3G Data, it's automatically use 2G Data, then deduct from main account balance. otherwise what is meaning of the Recharge of Internet Pack? How can any user knows, when his 3g Data has over in the middle of important Internet session ? Aircel is simply theft of their customer money. I have contacted customer care several times, but they told my deduction was correct. HOW??? Was this information helpful? | |||

sir maine aircel ki sim jaipur se liya hai sanjay sharma name hai mera...isi name se register hai sim mere paas aircel ka cricket service pack call aya maine 3 sec sun ke call cut kar diya lekin phir v aircel walo ne mera 30 rupe balance cut kar diya maine bahut hi kayde se baat karke complain ki to customer care ne service band karne ko kha balnce return karne ko kha lekin 2 din ho cuke koi srvice band nahi hui na balnce return...and call kar kar ke disturb kar rahe hai ...and Do not disturb ki seva v start nahi kar rahe hai...!please help me...please

On[protected] I have recharged mobile [protected] with Rs. 61 power pack and after that Rs. 69 (which gives balance as Rs. 76 to any mobile/landline as per their policy).
But on[protected] the balance shows as Rs. 0.00. Though we have calculated all charges for all calls made which should not be more than Rs. 15. That means we should still have Rs.[protected] in balance.
We have contacted Aircel Customer Care (121) and Complaint Helpline (198) multiple times. They have confirmed that as per their database also we have made calls only for around Rs. 15 only. They asked us to call again at night 12:00am.
When we called on[protected], employee named Subhadeep attended the call and informed that how the money got deducted that is not updated in their database.
When we ask them how to get back our balance he told again to call after 24 hrs. When asked to give senior managers, he refused to give their numbers. We asked him to transfer the call to senior management he informed they are unavailable and can not give the call to anyone. Talking with him we had a feeling that he was not in normal condition.
We are trying to call since[protected] morning again, but they are not picking the calls. I can assure you that it will spoil Aircel's reputation. Please refund our money.

Sanjay Kar — Internet not working
From One week (Approx), mentioned telephone[protected] is not working and shows '651 error' in Internet. Many times I am trying to complain against it, but no body response. Please, reconnect my Internet as soon as possible.
