[Resolved]  Aircel — to refund of money

an amount of 62rupees have beem deducted from my account.. i had made complaint in the consumer care many times...and they had accepted that its their fault and promised me tat this situation ll not continue but still i have the problem of balance deduction form aircel service..i had even spoke to senior executive officer mr.David but my money has not been refunded.....i not seen a worst service like this.. please help me to get my money back... thank you YAVANIKA ....
