[Resolved] Aircel — unable to access 3G Internet | |||
I have aircel prepaid connection number [protected] from kolkata. Since last months i am unable to use 3G Internet. I have recharged of Rs. 399 but the aircel service provider did not give any usage. Sim was activated on 27 March 2013. I have recharged Rs. 399 for 3G Internet usage of 2 GB and i was unable to check my Internet usage, when i called to customer-care they asked me to dial *122*011# When i dialed *122*011# it shows (Your number does not have any High Speed Data Quota attached. recharge with 3G PI Smart to get high speed 3G Data) Again i called to customer care they asked me to dial *400#, when i dialed *400# it shows (Remaining Volume: 3G=0.00 MB limited 3G val upto- and 2G = 185.34 MB. limited 2G val upto-) I am really disappointed by aircel and even they deduct my balance unnecessary, i am afraid to recharge top-up. The customer care people are playing fraud by avoiding calls or with silly excuses. Require immediate attention. Was this information helpful? | |||
