Aircel — Unauthorize Balance Deduction | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I just got a massage from Aircel to my number, saying that "Your subscription is renewed & rs10 has been deduct from your account". How can they renew any subscription automatically? actually I don't know when the subscription was start First time? I noticed after few days later, & leave the matter due to the small amount (Rs10). But this time I don't allow this. I already cancelled the subscription through customar care.. ..NOW I WANT GET THE RENEWAL AMOUNT BACK TO MY MAIN ACCOUNT.. Waiting for your prompt reply.
