[Resolved]  Aircel — Unfair Balance Deduction

I am Manish Vaishnav from Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
I am customer of Aircel and my no is [protected].
On 13 September 2013 my balance is suddenly deducted for Pocket Internet service but i am using which type of phone that is not support any service like internet so i can't do this thing,
Please do something and give me back my money as soon as possible.

Aircel — deduction of rs 30/- as renewing of a service which is not even subscribed

My aircel mobile no.- [protected].
Without prior information on 22nd Jul 2011 recieved msg from aircel that your music connect service is renewed and rs 30/- has been deducted, contacted and filed the complaint at customer care Complaint no. - [protected] & deactivated the service same day, they sent a reply on 24th that your complaint is resolved without refunding the amount. Again contacted to customer care but no satisfactory reply is provided as we don't subscribed that service so no question of renewing it.
Before that on 20th Jun 2011 we have activated pocket internet pack along with which some unwanted services(Dialer Tone, Miss Call Alert & Ring Back Tone) are activated & intimated on 29th Jun 2011 after contacting to customer care to deactivate all at a time they told distinct method to deactivate all the 3 services, which is followed by me on the same day, there were no information regarding music connect service till 22nd july 2011 (day on which unnecessary charge is deducted).

Aircel — Can't get customer care Executive

Aircel mobile network provider company is Not providing customer care Facility for last few months.

My phone no is : [protected] i have been using aircel from june 2012 there was no complain but from this month things got change, today January, 23rd 2013 i was subscribed to "NAMITHA PACK" with out my permission and with out my concern and i was charged 20Rs for that. I complained about it in your "call center" i was unsubscribed but i didn't get my balance back. I want my balance back with out any condition asap. And even after that i was again subscribed to that same stupid pack ... and now i can't contact u guys i dont know why.... I WANT MY ALL BALANCE BACK .. u guys have been a very good server till now to me please don't harm ur rep ... i want a quick reply on this ...
Same here. They used to send sms daily, inviting me to get Namitha pack & I just delete them. Today received SMS saying 'Namitha Pack is Renewed at Rs.15.0/15days' and Rs.15 deducted from my balance (Note that they say 'Renewed' & not subscribed - eventhough this is the first time I receive this mail & this sim no. is barely 30 days old). Opened a service ticket at their site asking for a refund. Will see how it goes.
i recharged my account balance by rs 30 (full talktime) on 25th april 2013 but within 2 hours my balance gets reduced to zero.
i called customer care then they said that i have activated music pack which i didn't and did not returned my balance. this is unfair as i didn't do anything but lost my 30 rupees.

then i write an email to the appellate authority but still no solution came out

On 21 October 2013 my balance is suddenly deducted for Pocket Internet service but i am using unlimited plans for my mobile. Huge amount deduct at a time so I notices, as similar many times I sense that balance is deducting but I ignored.

Do something aircel to keep your customers with you. and give me back my money as soon as possible.

I wish to raise a serious issue concerned to the Service of Aircel in Lucknow, I own a Aircel connection [protected], which I don't use much, on 20 August 2013 I checked there was 187.21 rs in my account, today I checked the balance got reduced to 88. I have not activated any services on this number, I have called 121 and 198 Customer Care number. In this regard but they spoke very rudely and hang up the call in between. I request to take note of this irresponsible behavior and provide me the details of Missing 100 rs.

aircel deduct my balance and says that, I buy a SMS pack. I am not using sms pack since two years. when I called them they said that you did this but i am not do with any sms pack. So please help me to return my 48 rupees balance.

Later, i noticed that some balance was deducted and then i called the customer care service, they said it wasn&#039;t updated and call after 1 hr and after 1 hr i tried calling them there is response and they are not even connecting to tech support guy. And i tried many times it was the same response. i have wasted almost 2 hrs in calling them and i got irritated and thought of complaining in this forum as I am a satisfied member of your website.
Plz deactivate my namitha actress and dating tips it has been subscribed automatically...this is my no.
