Aircel — UNNECESSARY DEDUCTION FOR WALLPAPER | |||||
Respected Sir, I am really getting frustrated with AIRCEL service because they are deducting money anytime with any amounts since last 2/3 years i am literally suffering from this kind issues .... Yesterday morning I checked my account balance which was around Rs 20/- but at night when I checked It was Rs 3/- and I didn't understand if I am not using my phone through out the day for any kind of downloading or anything else because I don't have time to attend the calls even that how come It will happen ??? And today morning I called on 198 to raise a complaint and the person who was on call she said we can not raise service request for this and I was really surprised for these ............ I simply want to ask to AIRCEL service that Are they think that people are fool over here who is taking aircel service ?????????????????????????? Aircel — unnecessary deduction
I am using aircel Kolkata connection no. [protected] i have recharged with Rs.27 for internet with which i can do unlimited surfing.but when i use it i have been charged for the surfing and then i contacted the customer care they have told me that they don't have
any update why my balance has been deducted and they told me to call back after 5 to 8 hrs. when i called back they told me the
same thing...
