[Resolved] Aircel — unnecessary deduction of balance | |||
Sir/Madam, I am the prepaid Customer of Aircel ,my name is Shashank dubey and no. is [protected], i am living in Gwalior Madhya Pradesh. Yesterday i make STD message to my friend ,number is [protected], and after this 5Rs balance are deduct ,and i already have message card with 15 days validity. After this i complaint on Aircel customer care(complaint no.1-[protected])they tell me there is no unnecessary balance are deduct to your account and you make ISD message.But i did not make any ISD message. so,please help me to refund my balance. completely agree.
Few ponts: adding few features automatically and deducting the balance. The day end up with NIL Balance. It is a new strategy.

This is not the first time that an activity of this kind has taken place. It has been happening time and again. The concern over here is not about the money. It is about professionalism and your customer support team clearly lacks it.
When you've made a mistake, accept it and resolve it. Instead you argue and get into heated discussions with me. Comepletely unacceptable.
It is terrible that things had to get to this level to get resloved when there was an easy way out.

Again I am lodging the same complaint against them for the same reason for deduction of Rs.15 from my balance without any reason.When I book my complaint with Aircel customer care they just gave me a complain number : 1-[protected] on 17/022011 at 2:26 pm no remedial measures taken by them. Till date i have not received any amount of money which they had deducted without my permission by showing lame excuse.
Now I have a question whether this Aircel company is totally a fraud company or this website where I am uploading my complaint is a showy website because no remedial I have been received since the first time of lodging my complain her , Alas God knows!
