Aircel — UNNECESSARY DOWNLOAD DEDUCTION | |
Dear Sir,
Again ... I face the same disgusting problem what AIRCEL has made with my account and I do not know why and how AIRCEL is doing this stupid mistake to customer's account today (11/10/2013) there has been Rs 15/- deducted from my account at 12:30 pm but before to that I made a call and at that time there were Rs 26/- something in my account then how come there will be deduction of Rs 15/- although I didn't used my phone from the morning ...
And I also talked to Mr. Aryan kumar customer care executive he clearly told that we can not raise a complaints for this as your account shows that you have downloaded ... although I mentioned that I never download anything on my phone as It is G9900i (Gfive) but still he was not ready accept it.
Is it really a very big CRIME if I took AIRCEL service before few years back ???????????????
Anyway I want my Rs 15/- back to my account withing 48 hours and kindly also convey it to AIRCEL headache service.

[protected] but try to not display it online (Google) and I have already given the same information to [protected]@aircel.co.in but there is no response from Aircel
And one more shocking thing happened that again Rs 15/ has been deducted today morning (30/10/2013) although I informed to Aircel Customer care department (Toll free - 198) few days back and they assured me that there will be no deduction in future ...
All total I suffered with the amount of Rs 50/- which need to be refund

I would like to let you know that Aircel service become a very very big headache for me now-a-days because I have recharged on my number with the amount of Rs 40/- online on 31/10/2013 and today (02/11/2013) It has again deducted Rs 15/ from my account I informed to customer care and one lady has been pick up the call she reply " You have downloaded animation on your phone when I say No ... she told that you are telling lie and when I asked her name she was just disconnected the call abruptly " How Aircel company working with the persons those who don't know manners as well as basic etiquette at professional environment.
And I also want to ask that how many times should I suffer with this ... SO SHOULD I DISCONNECT THIS NUMBER ????????????????????
but before to that I want all the amount back to my account
Previously deducted amount - Rs 50/-
currently amount - Rs 15/-
which has been deducted
