Aircel — No information & deduction of money | |||
I have AIRCEL Connection Mobile No. [protected] & using it from 12 months. But recently they started deducting 2paisa/second for STD calls instead of 1paisa/seacond (as told while taking connection) Upon contacting them through customer care they told me after crossing 30000 second STD call U will be charged 2paisa/second which was quite shocking. They had hidden this information and If it is so they should have intimated me through SMS or call that U have 30000 seconds STD call & I could have been aware & thinked before calling from this connection? I think you should clarify your plan with the customer care guys. For better results try and visit the nearest Aircel outlet and resolve your issue. Good luck.

Aircel — Deduction of money without information
My Prepaid mobile no is [protected] of Mr. Sanjay Hanse. After recharging of every prepaid voucher the AIRCEL company used to deduct from the available amount without providing any prior intimation.
