Dear sir/madam,
Please look how I have been misguided by Aircel team. This number I am using for last 6 years and for that I can not take new number but using this number for me is very much expensive for me as Aircel is deducting my balance for 3G service. Please help me out to deactivate this dervice because I have tried from all extent what ever guideline provided by Aircel.

Dear sir,

I am Tanoy Chakraborty, holding Aircel WB number [protected]. I am facing one problem from 17.9.2011 onwards for deactivation of 3G service and for that I made somany complaints and contact every end from customercare to nodal to Aircel store but I have been misguided. Some time they tell me that I have to wait some times, I need to give my IMEI number, I have to go to customer care store but they have not solved my problem and for this service my account balance has been deducted more than 150 INR. Last time when I went to Aircel store on 23.9.2011 the customercare executive gave me one number " [protected]" and told me to goto home and call on 25.9.2011 with another 3G capable mobile and to give the IMEI number but when I called on that number on 25.9.2011 the number was ringing for two times and then phone was switched off. After that whwn I caalled customer care at 5.30 pm on 25.9.2011 ([protected] at 3G Desk) they told me to visit again to Aircel store and they can not help me out, even they give me a very bad idea that I have to visit to that place where I activated the 3G service in past. I asked them that how can I remember the place then he replied that I have to roam whole the West engal places and have to resend "STOP 3G" TO 121. Now you tell me the West Bengal is a very big place and where to where I have roam for this deactivation problem. As they are misguided me. If this is your service care then really I have been very much disappointed and I am thinking to go to consumer givance and for that I already make contact to TRAI help desk and other consumer givance help desk. If you can not help me out then you should tell me that you can not do so that I can make my number to portibility to other operator.

This my request to you to help me out properly otherwise I will not have any option othet than to go to Trai and cosumer act in future.

As per feedback from our concerned department the failure in deactivation of 3G is due to IPHONE service, you need to activate IPhone service before deactivating 3G service. The activation of IPhone could be done only by the retailer from where the handset was purchased.



The alternative option is inserting the micro chip in another handset by properly setting it in the slot position of the other 3G enabled handset(so that the circuit position is placed properly in the slot) and there after you need to send "PI" to 121 and post receiving the settings you need to send "STOP 3G" from the handset. The 3G deactivation is not possible from backend.

Whenever I send "STOP 3G" to 121 from my mobile the message comes "DEAR SUBSCRIBER WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR REQUEST FOR DE-ACTIVATING 3G SERVICES. YOUR REQUEST IS UNDER PROCESSING" and after getting this message stoped responsing with "SUCCESSFULLY DEACTIVATION OF 3G SERVICES". Today also after getting your mail I tried 3 times and I am still waiting for deactivation of 3G. I am unable to recharge Rs. 98 for PI.

Please do deactivate from your end and stop deducting amount for useless data tarrif from my aacount. Please do reply.

Dear sir,




I, Tanoy Chakraborty, holding mobile number [protected] since the launching
Aircel in West Bengal. I got a major problem which has been informed so many time to your end and I made a complain on 17.9.2011 vide complain number 1-[protected] regarding the deduction of amount Rs. 24.2, RS. 14.52, Rs. 14, Rs. 14 and Rs. 27
in a single day. The customercare executive told me that because of non activation of internet service from Aircel end for some technical failure these amount will be refunded but till now not have been done.




Another thing is that I have tried lot of time to deactivate 3G services by sending
sms “STOP 3G” to 121 since last three weeks but I got every time that “it is under processing”.
I called customer care so many times to deactivate this service but they told me that they can not do from their end and for this I am unable to use PI by recharging Rs. 98 in EDGE servive.




I am holding iPHONE 3GS and I want to activate Rs. 98 PI, so please do deactivate 3G service from my number.




So, I request you to solve these above problems from your end and deactive 3G service and retrieve my deducted amount. Please do inform me if it will be solved or not.

Aircel-W.B — Misguide

dear,
i had a call(manually) from Aircel customer care executive yesterday(21/07/09) from [protected] this number.One lady told me that if i activate caller tune now, downloading cost is free & charges Rs.1/(one) per day.But today Rs.30(thirty) is deduce from my main balance.Why this is happened?She absolutely misguide me.So Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

Hi.. this is probably some miscommunication.. why don’t you visit the nearest aircel store and get your query answered as to what actually happened because I am sure there is an explanation to this. By the way do you have the complaint number? Or at least the name of the customer care executives.

Yesterday I got a message from AIRCEL on my AIRTEL mobile saying below:

Dear Subscriber, we are pleased to activate limited services on your AIRCEL connection[protected]. Please call 59059 using AIRCEL number to enjoy full services

Wondering how an AIRCEL number activation details came to my AIRTEL number. I have never registered, applied or used any AIRCEL number in my life.

Can you please check and get back to me on what is this and why my airtel number is wrongly used for reference purpose ?
