Aircel — Without my knowledge company has enabled some caller tone | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am Aircel customer and whenever i recharge for 225Rs and wont use the amount in a month the next month the company will cut my amount by enabling some caller tone. Without my knowledge company has enabled some caller tone to my mobile number ([protected]) and this happened even after calling and requesting not apply any caller tone for my number repeatedly twice or thrice.
