[Resolved] Aircel — wrongly debited my account balance | |||
For complains when I call Complaints & Requests 198 for not auto renewal of internet pack of rs 98/- due to that my full amount of balance is debited from my account of Rs 147/-.They also told that it cannot be refunded . But it is not my fault as auto renewal is not activated which is totally company's fault.While transferring my call to seniors they are cutting the call and it has happened twice.When it is clearly written on their site that internet pack of rs 98 will be automatic renewed after its expiry and it is also automatically renewed on my other no. of Aircel itself i.e. [protected]. OFFERING SPACE FOR MOBILE TOWER AT KOLYANI
Dear Sir,
I work in pune and i have a site in Vijayawada, Andhrapradesh
Recently a guy approached me saying that aircel is expanding the operations and it needs space for mobile tower
Also he said on confirmation and after agreement AirCel willbe paying monthly rental for the space provided
Initially he said to deposit an amount of Rs20000 out of which half (Rs 10000) goes to the company
Is it true and can you provide me some details/inputs on this matter
He is not an employee of Aircel

i am not done subscriber any aircel music connect but i got the msg from aircel ur successfully actived and debit in my account Rs.30 also . Very day l am receive lot o[censored]nwanted calls form aircel more then 30 call like hello and offer call &msg .i spok to coustomer so may time for DNA service but no response .Kindly do the take action..

Aircel — Balance wrongly debited
Hi,I am an employee of AIrcel Kolkata and I have a payroll S/B account in Axis Bank "Saltlake Electronics Complex" branch--Kolkata. My Account No. is [protected].
I was told by one of Axis Bank Executive "Mr. Sibeswar Sarkar" that I will get total 3 free transaction per month with the other bank ATM. But on 23-May-08 at 6.38PM I made a transaction from SBI ATM Habra and my balance was debited Rs.20. So pls look into this matter and refund me the mention balance as early as possible.
