DEAR SIR I HAD COMPLIANT ABOUT TO DISCONNECT THE SERVICE OF AIRTEL NO[protected] ON 14TH MARCH IN WRITTING TO 121 AS WELL AS CONSUMER COMPLAINS FORUM, BUT TILL TODAY THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEDN PLACED BY AIR TEL OR CONSUMER FORUM. I HAD MENTIONED THAT FROM13 MARCH ONQARDS I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY BILL FOR THE SAME AS I HAD PAID 2410 RUPEES AS PER AIRTEL COSTOMERCARE SERVICE PERSON ADVIED TO DISCONNECT THE SERVICE. TODAY I CALLED 4 TIMES TO 121 ATLAST I CONNECTED WITH MS POOJA AND I ASKED ABOUT THE SAME SHE SAID THAT THERE IS NO REQUEST SHE CAN FIND FOR THIS NUMBER, I REALLY CANT UNDERSTAND THAT HOW AIRTEL WORK?????? THOUGH I HAD GIVEN REFRENCE NO[protected] PLEASE DO TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST AIRTEL AND TRY TO GIVE US JUSTICE. AS THESE COMPANY PEOPLE SEND SOME PEOPLE TO COLLECT THE MONEY FOR THE SAME FORCEFULLY BY KEEPING THIS SERVICE CONTINUE AND CHARGING LIKE ANYTHING WE REALLY DONT WANT SUCH HEADECHE.
