Hi,
My Airtel 3G postpaid data card number is [protected].
My credit limit is Rs. 2000 and my current billing plan is Rs. 750 / month.
Last month I got a bill of Rs. 4500 and this month I got a bill of Rs. 986 making the outstanding payment Rs. 5597.
I tried approaching Airtel customer care about why I got a bill of Rs. 5597 when my credit limit is clearly Rs. 2000! I have not heard any solution except for "My apologies for the trouble".
DEAR AIRTEL - I DON'T NEED APOLOGIES. I WANT RESOLUTION OF THE ISSUE.
I want to clear the payment and cancel the account at once. If anyone from Airtel customer support really care about customer issues, please respond.

Any update on this issue? Kindly revert at the earliest as I do not want to wait any longer and keep paying bill for non-usage. If you can't help, atleast let me know the same.
