Subject begins on 27th April 2012 when I Dr.B.Vijayakumar aradhya father of Harshitha received a call from your office to pay the due when informed about the intention of cancel and disconnection of Data card. I was told to pay the dues and some fees for the disconnection and I paid Rs.1720 and extra Rs.200 for disconnection at SRR Enterprises authorized ARC, Hoskote. Ph no. [protected] and mobile no: [protected]. The recipe no being 1708.

Again I received a call from your office for the payment of due few days later when I explained about the payment details and causes told me that the amount is not posted hence the call since then I have been receiving the call till date. It is disturbing to explain about the payment instead of finding the solution they continued to harass me for no fault of mine as a customer my duty is to pay for the service which I have obliged.
When contacted SRR Enterprises Mr.Purushotam who advised me to give the caller his name and the compliant no 43705721 and mobile no [protected] for further enquiry which I obliged but I continued to receive the call for the payment.

One caller says as I have to pay the due for the cancellation has not taken place. Again a disturbing statement as I paid my dues full on27th April 20012 and requested for cancellation by paying on extra amount of Rs.200 if you don’t disconnect the data card and start demanding for dues it is not fair.

Please consider all these and disconnect the data card at the earliest and put a stop to the harassment I am enduring through the unwelcoming call from your office during the busy hours of practices at my clinic. Sometime I become so irritated which affects my profession commitments please understand and act according.
