[Resolved] Airtel 4G LTE — SIM not activated | |||
Hi, Recently i purchased an Airtel 4g Dongle on 30th April 2013. I was promised that the sim would be activated on 2nd May as 1st may was a holiday. We have been calling customer care 5 - 6 times a day and each representative had his own story to tell. But the fact of the matter is that even after 4 days of purchasing the dongle we are yet to use it. As we are running out of patience i have only two choices left to make: 1)To terminate the connection immediately 2)Wait until 6 pm on the 4th of may for the activation failing which we will be forced to terminate the connection and loose all faith in Airtel customer care As we use the internet frequently we cannot wait longer. Few days ago my Airtel SIM was not working properly so I contacted a retailer and he gave me the simex yesterday and all was set and I activated my new simex but till now it's not working

I am facing issue of Airtel network not coming for past 2 days. On Airtel suggestion, took a new SIM as well. New SIM is placed and after 16 hours there is no activation of SIM. My number is [protected]. No one in Airtel is having any clue of what's going on. Total incompetency in the times when other operators are there in market and there is tough competition. Very pathetic services and claiming fastest services on the earth.
