[Resolved] Airtel — Internet not working - USELESS customer care executives | |||
Hi, I had purchased the airtel 3g card from Tell connect, Sarojini street,T.nagar, Chennai 17 on 11-Feb-2011. It was earlier very slow with speed ranging around 24kbps. My connection number: [protected]) Atleast it was working for a few days, then we had a number of issues using the connection. Please find the details below: 1. We were asked to recharge the sim which was perfomed, and after a number of repeated calls to the customer care, at last they are saying that the connection is active. We never got a responsible answer from any of the customer care representatives. 2. Currently we got a message saying that the account cannot be activated since there is more than 50 GB available in the card. No surprises that there is so much still in available since the card was not working for most of the time and thanks to the irresponsible customer care representatives, the issues are also not getting solved. Every time i call customer care at[protected] they give me a standard list of activities that needs to be executed like reinstalling the software, checking the settings, etc and when they run out of options, they hang up on me. I hope you do have track of the complaints I had raised earlier in this regard. Every time I call, each representative puts me on hold and i think is trying to tire me out of calling them, and when i ask a qn and they dont have an answer, THEY JUST HANG UP. I would like either my connection issues to be solved or a refund of the amount I have paid till date and end of this useless service I had bought and am regretting till date.
