I am having hard time in getting my 4G connection activated. I bought data card on 13th Oct, 2013 and verification was done on 17th Oct, 2013. But still when I call customer care, I am told verification details are not yet updated. And told to talk to the vendor/agent who has provided the dongle (in my case, its Goodwill Networks).
Agent told me that there is some issue which they are trying to sort out and already have written to the channel manager. I am not sure what the issue is and why is it taking so much time to sort this out. I have already spent lot of time calling either the customer care or agent, but to no avail.
