Airtel — Airtel broadband service payment reiumbursement | |||
Respected People, I requested for new airtel broad band connection and paid rs 1399 rs/- as initial advance payment to airtel person and the My TBLR. CEF NO 485059 but finally received a call from airtel tech support team saying that there is no box and port available to provide the connection. When i asked about the repayment of my initial advance payment i never received the reply from airtel persons. tried to speak to airtel customer care people when ever i start asking about repayment i am receiving the statement saying like application is down unable to provide the information call up after 2 hours. when i wrote emails to nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com there is no reply and no action taken so far.
