[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel DTH bad service and looting customers | |||
Hi , I have Ur digital connection . I was out of station for two months and came back . As usal I recharged the account with 250 Rupees .After recharging I cam to know that 90 percent of the channels are moved to a new direction for a different satalite . I called Ur support , right after that I got a message stating ,Thank you for subscribing the ESPN and Kids Channel . I did'nt subscribe or I am not able to get the channels in the direction . I again called for support , the tech told that he will sent the technician number right after the call , Which I did'nt get .He also committed , that the dead line to get this issue closed is 27th sept 2012 03:30 PM . Still now I have not recieved any support . The best part is , without any service I have lost 150 Rupees in 10 days . I currently have 101 Rupees balance in the account . Anyway , I am not gonna wait for your service tech to come , I have contacted a local tech , He will fix that for me where I have to pay 250 Rupees . So in short ,Airtel tried to improve the quality of the serice and it costed me 400 Rupees . Once again I thank for your great service . Regards Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel Service — Loot
My mobile no. is--[protected] with airtel sim.Everytime I recharge it immediately rupees 30 for each is deducted by airtel on excuse of hellotunes,horoscope,chat with freinds,or on some other obscure servie.I never subscribe to any such service but I am asked to unsbscribe or de-activate the service.This is nothing but daylight loot by airtel.So many times I have lodged my complaints with airtel customer care but in vain.Will airtel take notice of my complaint and stop this loot?R. my name Rajiv mobile no.[protected] ludhiana (punjab).sory to say second name of airtel is fraud. every time company think how to decieve custmer--.start in my problem---few days back i stop my hello tune service today send sms for renew your hello tune service -there is no logic of your fraud wonder service amazing reputationof of compay is gud but service is too much poor 2nd poblem public complaint airtel send sms and very cleverly make a message in trap trick after send sms again and again and given option reply or back illitereate person click the mobile button and money reduce differ way 3 rs. or 15rs.or 30 rs.person confused how can reduce money in his account this is very big trap service is too poor online customer care executive not to pick for early after this disconnectcall. poor person not knows the reason how can money reduce simply (compny isi tareeke se sms bhejte hai ki person ko smaj nahi pata aur money reduce ho jate hai muje hi dekh lo muje hi dekh lo muje yad nahi maine kitni bar customer care se bat kar ke bahut si request bheji hai ki stop sms service hello tune service etc.etc.i think we need help media and newspaper problem ye hai aaj kal kisi ke pas time nahi is bat ka ye akrtel faytda utha lete hain action lena bahut zaruri be emani ki bhi had hoti hai

Airtel — bad service and loot
I am really very much upset with Airtel.My mobile number was [protected].I submitted my documents to Airtel executive on 12th August(Pune).By calling requesting so many times my card was activated on 19th august.And again my outgoing calls were barred on 21st august.When i asked about it by calling customer care they said you talk to executive.And that executive never picked up my phone call.Then one day someone called me.That was confirmation call as he said.I told him everything happened.He said we are sorry for that and advised me to go to Airtel office and ask them for reverification of my address.I did same.But those men at work were really cruel.They said we cant help you.Card is not going to be activated and if you want to deactivate you'll get your deposit back in 45 days.Before taking deposit they assured me that i can get it back in 15days after deactivation.And today is 13th of september.I haven't got my deposit.My outgoing plus incoming is barred.And most annoying of all I got one bill asking for Rs.103.I don't know for what.Theres lot to write.But just want to forget this.Airtel is just .I hate it.
