REGARDING AIRTEL NUMBER : [protected]

This is Koustav Roy from kolkata. I was totally harassing by service from Airtel. I was taken a Airtel 3G sim from Airtel store at Garia Kolkata. and i was informed that this is unlimited plan @600/- where 3GB is under 3G speed and then it will drop down into 2G. so i was satisfied and take the connection. After taken the connection i faced problem for Network fluctuating , So i launched a complaint. But they cannot able to solve me out for the same. so i was surrender the connection. Now they are asking me 3200 rupees from me for using the service for 20n Days only. Where my plan was for unlimited. and when i asked for the bill i was seen full bill was a copy of mistake competition. First the Billing cycle related. My billing cycle was started from 20th but i have been charged from 18th and 19th. not only that for using the service of 20 sec & 12 sec i have been charged 1796 & 1794 rupees. Can you believe that. I also attached the copy of that along with highlighted. Now they are stop one of my post paid connection. I Have total 8 Post paid connection. All are very important. So who gave permission to STOP one corporate connection. I was continuously mail to every department of Airtel, No body can able to solve the issue and upper that they stop one connection. i was mailed to appelate, presence, 121, manoj kohli, DOT and TRAI for the same. But not get response from any body. Now i attached the document please find this out. It was your fault not mine so why you stop the connection. If any body can help me please help me. Today I also visit ARC at Park Street Kolkata, But the manager was also shocked to see that but cannot able to help me on the same. He also inform that this mistake was done by Airtel but he cannot able to help me out. He informed to mail this concern to Nodal. If an Manager is also acknowledge the concern then what service is given by Airtel. I also would like to inform Don't try to stop any connection. i have the hard copy of everything which i was shown to ARC manager Malay at park Street i will take a big steps against you and also start my connection ASAP.9 i.e. [protected] which you are stopped today. If you are not able to help me on the same i will stop each and every connection from Airtel i already start to do that. you can check i already apply for MNP of my [protected]. My Billing cycle was from 20th october to 19th november. And i was charged from 18th october. and for 20 and 12 sec usages i have been charged 1794 and 1796 rupees amount.
