[Resolved] Airtel — Number to be activated | |||
Dear Sir, I, NEMANI SATYA SRINIVAS, Mobile No.[protected] purchased at SANGEETHA -Amalapuram one month back and submitted my id proof, ad proof & Photograph. In the 1st week of December, my incoming and outgoing calls have been stopped and advised by the Airtel Customer Care to submit the proof docs again. On 5th December, 2010, I have submitted the documents at Sangeetha Mobile Office, Amalapuram again as the Airtel Office people have rejected to take the proof documents since the Sangeetha People are purchasing the SIMs from your Airtel Office, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. Afterwards, I am regularly following up with your customer care people to activate my mobile by wasting my money, time etc., but in vain.
