I am Hari, i requested for the connection of Airtel Broadband on Feb -01-2010, after making a payment of 500 rupess towards installation charges, i was asked to pay another 1000 rupees on Feb-10-2010 towards Bachelor Accomodation security deposit. I paid the amount and got the receipt for the 1000 rupess ( Reciept Reference : 09-10/BAL/HYD-CENTRAL ;RF HYD[protected]. Amount is taken by the Airtel Executive, Noor ( [protected] ). After the entire amount is paid, i was said that there is no feasibility for the connection in my area and the order for braodband cannot be completed. I requested for the cancellation and asked for the refund of entire amount.(500+1000). I was promised to recieve a cheque of 1500 with in 15 working days, but i didnot recieve the amount even after 45 working days. I made the complaint again for the refund of the amount on 31st of March (Complaint Number :[protected]. After which i got a cheque for a refund of 500 rupees only. When called the customer care for the remaining 1000 rupees, i got the know that there is no entry created regarding the Security Deposit (Bachelor Security )made, also claims that they are not responsible for the amount of 1000 rupees. Please help me out to get my refund amount back.
