Airtel — regarding offer | |||
i am a airtel customer.my number is [protected].i hav applied for mobile portability but ur customer care person called me convinced me to continue in airtel.i agreed.with out my concern he has activated 50 p/min plan in my mobile.i just wanted my 1ps/sec offer in my mobile.i called customer care for nearly 15-16 times in a day.the call used to disconnect in the middle when they say they r transfering the call to their supervisor.at the time of portability issue also your executive told me od rc36 msg offer.but now when i tried it it is saying"this offer is not valid for your mobile".I had even asked for call back.cant you even arrange one simple call back.why dont you take the same care as when you took when i had applied for portability.this is very bad on your sidepls respond immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
