[Resolved] Airtel — balance deducted unnecessary

i am using Airtel internet in Samsung galaxy y gt-s 5360 mobile. on 12- Oct.-2013 my balance was 180 rupees and next day it was deducted and remained only 2 rupees. whole balance deducted by internet but i had internet card and when my balance was deducted then internet card balance was 0.48 Mb. then why my main balance is deducted..i kindly request u to get back my main balance of rupees 180. i shall be Thankfull to you for this act of kindness.
