I have taken a connection with airtel digital TV but in a day about 100 times i get the message " Your account balance is negative kindly recharge please ignore if already done" and its coming for a month now, called multiple times to customer care , they say we cannot give a complaint number as this is a message but it blocks my view when i am watching program and why should i face problems for issues with their system, i am so very dissapointed have to move to TATA sky can anyone let me know if i can get any refunds for cancelling my connection.

This is Udhaya Kumar and I have also taken Airtel DTH Connection. My customer number is [protected]. Even I am facing the same issue. The message "Your account balance is negative" is popping up every now and then. This irritates me even though I have balance in my account I keep on getting the message. I called customer care once and they said it will be resolved. But it is never resolved.
I dont know if you have something like minimum account balance, If we have balance below that we will get popups like that??
