[Resolved] Airtel — Requested for a new Broadband connection 9 days back, installation has not been done and the money is deducted on the 2nd day | |||
I requested for a new braodband connection through an agent (Karthik, Mobile no: [protected]). After completing the application processing the agent has informed us that the installation will be done within 4 days. I have paid an application processing fee of 2000 thru cheque (Cheque No: 621566). Since the installation has not happend. I had been calling the agent from the 4th day. The agent is not responding. Called the Customer care and inquired about the application status (Application No: TBLR 0122434), They have informed me that they cannot install since the port is not available in our area (Murugesh Palya). I need an explination regarding returning back the money. The details of the Agent are as follows: Karthik C/o Prameela Enterprises #7, 4th Cross, Ramajaneya Layout, Outer Ring Road, Opp: Kalamandir.
