i hv faced d same prob. value added services were activated without my consent & Rs 30 were detucted

I request you to look into your INBOX, SPAM BOX, and other mail folders to locate my email.

Hi,
Once again I would like to bring your kind notice on how Airtel cheated me for the second time.
Please refer below mail from Airtel and my reply to it.
After my below reply I have received a call from Mr.Prashanth (Collection Agent who is available on phone:42065430 in Bangalore office) requesting me to make Rs.1005.35/- so that he can enable my SIM card within 24 hours. I replied to him that I would make the payment if he can send out an official email in this regard. He told me that if he confirms the same through email there is no guarantee that I would retain this Aitel mobile number ([protected]) and I have to go for a new number. So without waiting for the email and his repeated calls I paid Rs.1035/- vide bill no. 674768 dated 16th June 2011.
Till today my SIM Card is not activated and When I contacted Prashanth he said he is helpless.
I would like you to kindly intervene on this issue and resolve this at the earliest.

PFA Bill_Clarifications_[protected].xls. I have gone through each bills carefully and prepared this xls.
As per this the total amount payable from my side to Airtel is Rs.1005.35/-
I am ready to make this payment any time after your confirmation. Once I make this payment you should activate my SIM.
Pl do the needful at the earliest.

AirTel — added service is being activated on my cell without my knowledge/consent
Hi,Please chcek the Trailing mails.
Some or other value added service is being activated on my cell without my knowlegde/consent..
1.Please take action as per trailing mail and refund full amount deducted so far for Matrimony pack..(Appox Rs15)
2. Deactivate all value added services for which some charges are there.
3.See that the same is not repeated in future.
